Capacity Limitations. In the event that orders of water from the WGFP exceeds available delivery capacity at any WGFP structure or facility, the available capacity at such structure or facility shall be allocated between the WGFP Allottees requiring delivery through such structure or facility in proportion to their respective WGFP Participation Percentages.
