Common use of Capacity Price Clause in Contracts

Capacity Price. Buyer shall pay Seller a capacity payment of $250/kw-year, allocated in accordance with the monthly Capacity Payment Schedule attached hereto as Attachment B. The capacity payment shall be calculated based on the Maximum Capacity specified in section 5.a.
