Capital Asset Reports. If the Subrecipient has acquired, purchased or leased Capital Assets using STIF Formula Fund moneys, Subrecipient shall provide TriMet with a report of the Capital Asset inventory, described in Exhibit C Section 2, including, an identification of any sale, transfer or other disposition of the Capital Asset as described in Exhibit C. Capital Asset Reports must be submitted to TriMet on a quarterly schedule in a manner specified by TriMet.
