Common use of Capital Commitment Clause in Contracts

Capital Commitment. A Member’s Capital Commitment shall mean the amount that such Member has agreed to contribute to the capital of the Company.

Capital Commitment. A Member’s 's Capital Commitment Commitment, if any, shall mean the amount that such Member has agreed to contribute to the capital of the CompanyCompany upon such Member's admission to the Company and from time to time thereafter, as set forth opposite such Member's name on Exhibit A hereto.
