Common use of Capital Contributions and Issuance of Common Units Clause in Contracts

Capital Contributions and Issuance of Common Units. Upon execution of this Agreement, Executive shall have made capital contributions to Investors LLC in an amount equal to $7,500 (the “Capital Contributions”), or $.25 per Unit, in exchange for, and Investors LLC shall issue to Executive, 30,000 Common Units having the relative rights, powers and duties as set forth in the LLC Agreement.

Capital Contributions and Issuance of Common Units. Executive shall make the Capital Contributions to the LLC by delivery to the LLC of a cashier’s or certified check, or by wire transfer of immediately available funds to an account designated by the LLC, in an aggregate amount equal to the Capital Contributions.
