Capital Works Program Clause Samples
The Capital Works Program clause defines the scope and management of major construction or infrastructure projects undertaken as part of an agreement. It typically outlines the types of works included, the standards to be met, and the responsibilities of each party regarding planning, execution, and completion. For example, it may specify timelines for upgrades, procedures for approving changes, and requirements for reporting progress. Capital Works Program. These are known as public benefits. This study will inform the capital works program as it is reviewed annually where those public benefits will be included within the capital works program including when and where sufficient funds are available.
