Capitalised Terms. Any capitalised terms used but not defined in this Agreement will have the same meaning and shall be interpreted in accordance with the definitions in the Brand Affiliate Agreement, the Policies and Procedures, and the Sales Performance Plan. This Agreement has been signed and executed in duplicate and ▇▇▇▇▇▇ and Lease Holder have received one copy each.
