Common use of Captions and Cross References Clause in Contracts

Captions and Cross References. The various captions (including, without limitation, the table of contents) in this Agreement are provided solely for convenience of reference and shall not affect the meaning or interpretation of any provision of this Agreement. Unless otherwise provided herein, references in this Agreement to any "Section," "Exhibit" or "Schedule" are to such Section of or Exhibit or Schedule to this Agreement, as the case may be. The words "herein," "hereof," and "hereunder" and other words of similar import refer to this Agreement as a whole, including the appendices, exhibits and schedules hereto, as the same may from time to time be amended or supplemented and not to any particular section, subsection or clause contained in this Agreement.
