Captions and Terms. Unless the context otherwise clearly requires, references to the plural include the singular, references to the singular include the plural, and the word “or” has the inclusive meaning represented by the phrase “and/or.” The words “include” and “including” shall be deemed to be followed by the phrase “without limitation.”
