Common use of Captions and Terms Clause in Contracts

Captions and Terms. The captions of Articles and Sections of this Lease are for convenience only and do not in any way limit or amplify the terms or provisions of this Lease. Except as otherwise specifically stated in this Lease, the "Term" shall include the original term and any extension, renewal or holdover thereof. If more than one person or corporation is named as Landlord or Tenant in this Lease and executes the same as such, the words "Landlord" or "Tenant," wherever used in this Lease, are intended to refer to all such persons or corporations, and the liability of such persons or corporations for compliance with the performance of all the terms, covenants and provisions of this Lease shall be joint and several. The masculine pronoun used herein shall include the feminine or the neuter as the case may be, and the use of the singular shall include the plural, as the context may require.
