Carbon Dioxide. Producers’ Gas and MV Mitigation Gas shall not contain more than 2% by volume of carbon dioxide. Any Producers’ Gas or MV Mitigation Gas containing excess carbon dioxide is subject to the provisions of Section 2(c) of this Exhibit A.
