Common use of CARD ACCESS SYSTEM Clause in Contracts

CARD ACCESS SYSTEM. Subtenant shall have the right to install its own access controlled security system within the Subleased Premises, provided that: (i) Subtenant obtains all necessary governmental permits and approvals for such use, (ii) any such system shall be compatible with the existing Premises access control system and tied into the Premises’ fire alarm system, and (iii) the plans and specifications for any such system shall be subject to the prior approval of Sublandlord and Landlord in all respects (which approval Sublandlord shall not withhold in the event Landlord approved the same). The work to install any such security system shall be performed in accordance with Article IX of the Original Lease.
