Common use of CARD LIMIT Clause in Contracts

CARD LIMIT. The Cardholder is informed of the Credit Limit set for the Card Account when the Card is issued. The Bank reserves the right to adjust the Credit Limit of the Card Account at any time without stating its reasons. The Bank accepts no liability for damages that might arise as a result of Credit Limit adjustments.
