Card Ownership. The Card is our property and will remain the property of ATB Financial at all times. We will allow you to use the Card and to continue using it as long as you comply with the terms of this Agreement. ATB Financial may, at any time and for any reason, refuse to issue a Card to you, refuse to allow you to use the Card or Card balance, or request that you return or destroy the Card at any time and for any reason. You agree to return or destroy the Card immediately in accordance with our request, if we ask you to.
