Common use of CARD USAGE Clause in Contracts

CARD USAGE. The Cardholder may use the Card to (a) obtain cash or redeem the value of the Card; (b) inquire into the balance of the Card’s current value; (b) pay bills over-the-counter OTC) at any Branch of the Bank, or through the ATMs of the Bank or other ATM Network Participants; (c) pay for goods and services of accredited merchants through POS Terminals; (d) transfer funds through the Inter-Bank Fund Transfer facility (IBFT) and the Multi-Channel Payment Gateway (MCPG) of BancNet; and (e) access such other facilities that the Bank may offer in the future to the Cardholder with the use of the Card, at any online payment facility, ATM, or POS Terminal . The Cardholder shall be accountable for all the transactions made using the Card.

CARD USAGE. The Cardholder Card may use the Card be used to (a) obtain cash or redeem the value of the Card; (b) inquire into the Card value, perform balance of the Card’s current valueinquiry, or change PIN at designated ATMs; (b) pay bills over-the-counter OTC) at any Branch Sterling Bank of the Bank, Asia or Bancnet ATM nationwide through the ATMs Bills Payment Facility of the Bank or other ATM Network ParticipantsBancnet; (c) pay for goods and services of at accredited merchants through the use of the electronic payment system at VISA and Bancnet POS Terminalsterminals; (d) transfer funds through the Inter-Bank Fund Transfer facility (IBFT) and the Multi-Channel Payment Gateway (MCPG) of BancNetBancnet; and (e) access for such other facilities that the Bank may offer in the future to the Cardholder with the use of the Card, at any online payment facilityeither through its network of branches, ATMthrough ATMs, computer system, or POS Terminal the internet. The Cardholder shall be accountable responsible for all the transactions made using initiated by the use of the Card.
