Common use of Care and Performance Clause in Contracts

Care and Performance. The Contractor shall undertake to perform all services rendered hereunder in a neat, thorough and competent manner, without supervision by the City, and to use care and diligence in the performance of all specified services and to provide neat, orderly, uniformed and courteous employees and personnel on its crews. The Contractor shall be liable to the City for damage to City rights-of-way caused in connection with the provision of the Residential Services or Private Services, ordinary wear and tear excepted.
