Common use of Care and Use Clause in Contracts

Care and Use. Lessee, at Lessee’s sole cost and expense, i) shall maintain and keep the Equipment in good repair, condition, and working order; ii) shall provide the proper physical environment for the Equipment; iii) shall not use the Equipment unlawfully; and iv) shall not alter the Equipment without Lessor’s prior written consent.
