Common use of Career Increment Clause in Contracts

Career Increment. Upon completion of fifteen-(15) years of service in the bargaining unit, teachers will receive a lumpsum payment of $550 annually on the last paycheck of the regular school year. Upon completion of twenty-(20) years of service in the bargaining unit, teachers will receive a lumpsum payment of $750 annually on the last paycheck of the regular school year. Upon completion of twenty-five (25) years of service in the bargaining unit, teachers will receive a lump-sum payment of $1000 annually on the last paycheck of the regular school year. Effective for the 2021-2023 School Years
