Roof covering is 0,6mm IBR profile sheeting on 50 x 75mm purlins. Ceilings are 6,4mm skimmed gypsum plasterboard sheeting on 38 x 38mm brandering. The references given in the descriptions refer to the respective types of trusses detailed on the architect's drawing numbered H100/015 accompanying these bills of quantities. The dimensions in the descriptions of the trusses are nominal and actual measure ments shall be obtained from the architect and/or the site before design or fabrication commences Joinery Descriptions of frames shall be deemed to include frames, transomes, mullions, rails, etc Descriptions of hardwood joinery shall be deemed to include pelleting of bolt holes Fixing Items described as "nailed" shall be deemed to be fixed with hardened steel nails or shot pins to brickwork or concrete Decorative laminate finish Laminate finish shall be glued under pressure. Edge strips shall be butt jointed at junctions with adjacent similar finish General Cupboard fittings are given as complete units i.e. the components of the units have not been given separately.
