Carry Forward Aggregate. 9.2.1 If and to the extent that in any Contract Year during the Take or Pay Period the aggregate of the quantities of Gas taken and paid for by the Buyer under this Agreement (excluding any quantity of Gas in respect of which the Buyer shall receive a credit pursuant to Article 9.5) exceeds: (i) in respect of the period commencing on the Commencement Date and ending on the fifth (5th) anniversary of the Commencement Date – (**) MMBTU; (ii) in respect of the period commencing on the fifth (5th) anniversary of the Commencement Date until the end of the First Period – (**) MMBTU; and (iii) for the Second Period (if applicable) – (**) MMBTU; then such amount shall be classified as “Carry Forward” in respect of such Contract Year. 9.2.2 Any quantity so classified as Carry Forward in respect of any Contract Year together with any Carry Forward so classified in respect of the (**), up to a maximum amount of (**) MMBTU and (**) MMBTU, shall (save to the extent of any use thereof pursuant to Article 9.3) be known as the “Carry Forward Aggregate” in force at any time or from time to time.
