Carry-Over Clause. Should the Buyer contract to buy or exchange, or contract to lease a property within 54 days after the expiration of this Agreement with any Seller/Landlord (or anyone acting on 55 Seller’s/Landlord’s behalf) who has been introduced to Buyer, directly or indirectly, during the term hereof, as 56 extended, the Buyer agrees to pay the compensation as set forth above. This carry-over clause shall not apply if the 57 Buyer is subject to a buyer’s representation agreement with another licensed real estate broker at the time of such 58 contract.
