Common use of Carrying Out Covered Entity’s Obligations Clause in Contracts

Carrying Out Covered Entity’s Obligations. To the extent the Business Associate is to carry out the Covered Entity’s obligations under Subpart E of 45 CFR Part 164, Business Associate shall comply with the requirements of subpart 164.504 that are applicable to the Covered Entity in the performance of such obligation.

Carrying Out Covered Entity’s Obligations. To the extent the Business Associate is to carry out the one or more of Covered Entity’s obligations under Subpart E of 45 CFR C.F.R.
