CASE LOAD MANAGEMENT GUIDELINES Clause Samples

The Case Load Management Guidelines clause establishes procedures and standards for managing the volume and distribution of cases within an organization or department. It typically outlines how cases are assigned to staff, sets limits on the number of cases an individual can handle at one time, and may specify criteria for prioritizing or reallocating cases based on urgency or complexity. By providing a structured approach to case allocation, this clause helps prevent staff overload, ensures timely attention to each case, and promotes efficient workflow management.
