Common use of Case Load Clause in Contracts

Case Load. A committee shall be formed to examine the case loads of the members of this bargaining unit. The committee shall be chaired by the SPED Director or his designee. The committee’s membership shall be comprised of four (4) members to be appointed by the Union and four (4) members appointed by the Administration. The findings of the committee shall be reported to the parties no later than May 1, 2016.
