Data must be entered into the appropriate tabs and forms in CalREDIE. Submission of hard copy forms for data entry into CalREDIE by CDPH or scanning of case reports, laboratory results, or interview records into the electronic filing cabinet (EFC), will not be accepted in place of data entry. Grantees not entering data into CalREDIE must provide an electronic dataset in a format approved by CDPH.
