Casting and Auditions. Casting should be conducted virtually via self-tape, online video conference, or other applicable technology whenever possible. • If that is not feasible, or for any additional calls or live sessions necessary, there must be a sufficient space large enough to accommodate 6 feet physical distancing in all directions. • If performers will not be wearing PPE during an audition, a plexiglass partition or similar barrier between the performers and those observing the audition shall be provided by the employer and used and cleaned between performances along with any furniture, props etc. • If no barrier is present, increase the physical space between those observing to those auditioning beyond the 6 feet physical distancing standard. • No more than one individual auditioning at a time except for legitimate pairs (e.g., household members, domestic partners, roommates, living together for a minimum of 14 days or more prior to the audition). As minors may have difficulty adhering to physical distancing, wearing PPE, and practicing hand hygiene, when not working, they should be relocated to a secure off-set location to the extent possible. • Extra personnel on set with a minor are strongly discouraged and should be limited to a studio teacher and one guardian only. • Visitors should be limited unless their presence is absolutely necessary.3 If visitors must come, they will be subject to the same guidance as cast and crew, including, but not limited to symptom screening and/or temperature screening, and PPE requirements. • Physical distancing and face coverings should be used at all times on set, including in school areas. • As studio teachers will need to interact with minors within 6 feet of distance, teachers should wear face coverings, practice frequent hand hygiene, and receive training on COVID-19 prevention. Whenever possible, remote schooling should be made available. • PPE requirements and options may be modified for minors, especially those of tender years. Face coverings are not expected for minors under two years of age. Casting and Auditions. (Article 2. Section 1) Producer shall provide the specific time of audition, the nature of the roles available (Day Performer, Three- Day, Weekly, etc.), any unusual working conditions, a script ("sides") and/or story boards for the role. If Performer is required to remain for more than one (1) hour, he/she shall be compensated in ½ hour units. For the third + auditions, the Performer shall be paid for one (1) hour. After 1 hour, the Performer shall be paid in ½ hour units. If the Performer is required to learn lines outside the studio for an audition, he/she shall be compensated at for one (1) hour or actual time required. All payments are based on the Day Performer rate. Mass auditions are prohibited. If an audition is recorded, audition material shall be used only to determine the suitability of a Performer for a specific project.
Casting and Auditions. A. If Performers are requested to audition prior to an engagement, Employer shall provide the Performer (or his/her representatives) comprehensive information regarding the audition such as a specific time therefor, the nature of the role(s) available (whether Day Player, Three-Day Performer, etc.), the nature of the performance desired and any unusual working conditions (work involving animals, stunts, hazards, improvisations or nudity). An ample supply of segments of the script (“sides”) and/or storyboards for the particular role(s) which are the subject of the audition shall be available at the location of the audition at the time of the Performers’ sign-in. Cue cards may be used by Employer instead of sides or storyboards if Employer determines that script Material must be kept confidential. B. If, at either a first or second audition, the Performer is required to remain for more than one (1) hour from the time of call or arrival, whichever is later, he/she shall be compensated for all time on said call in excess of one (1) hour, at straight time, in one- half (l/2) hour units, at the rate of 1/16 of the Day Player rate. For the third and each subsequent audition, the Performer shall be paid a minimum of 1/8 of the Day Player rate. For all time in excess of one (1) hour, the Performer shall be paid at straight time in one-half (l) hour units, at a rate of 1/16 of the Day Player rate per unit. Health and Retirement contributions shall be paid on all compensation payable to the Performer hereunder for the third and all subsequent audition calls. If the Performer is required to memorize lines for an audition which he/she has been given to learn outside the studio, he/she shall be compensated at one (1) hour of straight time or actual time required for such audition, whichever is greater. If there has been no agreed salary before the auditions, and if the Performer and Employer cannot agree, the salary rate at which he/she shall be compensated for such excess time shall be 1/16 of the Day Player rate. C. Auditions shall be conducted before Employer and authorized representatives thereof and not in public; mass auditions shall be prohibited. If an audition is recorded, it is agreed that such audition Material shall be used only to determine the suitability of a Performer for a specific project. D. Adequate seating shall be provided at all auditions.

  • Monitoring and Audit 17.1 The Authority may monitor the provision of the Services and the Supplier shall co-operate, and shall procure that Staff and any Sub-contractors co-operate, with the Authority in carrying out the monitoring at no additional charge to the Authority. 17.2 The Supplier shall keep and maintain until 6 years after the end of the Contract Term full and accurate records of the Contract including the Services supplied under it and all payments made by the Authority. The Supplier shall allow the Authority, the National Audit Office and the Comptroller and Auditor General reasonable access to those records and on such terms as they may request. 17.3 The Supplier agrees to provide, free of charge, whenever requested, copies of audit reports obtained by the Supplier in relation to the Services.

  • ACCOUNTING AND AUDIT The Agency shall utilize and maintain such records and practices regarding receipts and disbursements of the Funds as to be in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles. All such records shall be open to inspection and audit by the City or by the City's designee during normal business hours during the term hereof and for a period of three (3) years after the termination of this Agreement. Any cost incurred by the Agency as a result of a City audit shall be the sole responsibility of and shall be borne by the Agency. In addition, should the Agency provide any or all of the Funds to sub-recipients, then and in that event the Agency shall include in written agreements with such sub-recipients a requirement that records of the sub-recipient be open to inspection and audit by the City or the City's designee to the same extent as those of the Agency.

  • Certifications and Audits Company shall promptly complete and return to BNYM any certifications which BNYM in its sole discretion may from time to time send to Company, certifying that Company is using the Licensed System in strict compliance with the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement. BNYM may, at its expense and after giving reasonable advance written notice to Company, enter Company locations during normal business hours and audit Company’s utilization of the Licensed System, the number of copies of the Documentation in Company’s possession, and the scope of use and information pertaining to Company’s compliance with the provisions of this Agreement. The foregoing right may be exercised directly by BNYM or by delegation to an independent auditor acting on its behalf. If BNYM discovers that there is any unauthorized scope of use or that Company is not in compliance with the aforementioned provisions, Company shall reimburse BNYM for the full costs incurred in conducting the audit.

  • INSPECTIONS AND AUDITS 30 A. ADMINISTRATOR, any authorized representative of COUNTY, any authorized representative 31 of the State of California, the Secretary of the United States Department of Health and Human Services, 32 the Comptroller General of the United States, or any other of their authorized representatives, shall have 33 access to any books, documents, and records, including but not limited to, financial statements, general 34 ledgers, relevant accounting systems, medical and client records, of CONTRACTOR that are directly 35 pertinent to this Agreement, for the purpose of responding to a beneficiary complaint or conducting an 36 audit, review, evaluation, or examination, or making transcripts during the periods of retention set forth 37 in the Records Management and Maintenance Paragraph of this Agreement. Such persons may at all 1 reasonable times inspect or otherwise evaluate the services provided pursuant to this Agreement, and the 2 premises in which they are provided. 3 B. CONTRACTOR shall actively participate and cooperate with any person specified in 4 Subparagraph A. above in any evaluation or monitoring of the services provided pursuant to this 5 Agreement, and shall provide the above–mentioned persons adequate office space to conduct such 6 evaluation or monitoring. 7 C. AUDIT RESPONSE 8 1. Following an audit report, in the event of non–compliance with applicable laws and 9 regulations governing funds provided through this Agreement, COUNTY may terminate this Agreement 10 as provided for in the Termination Paragraph or direct CONTRACTOR to immediately implement 11 appropriate corrective action. A plan of corrective action shall be submitted to ADMINISTRATOR in 12 writing within thirty (30) calendar days after receiving notice from ADMINISTRATOR. 13 2. If the audit reveals that money is payable from one party to the other, that is, reimbursement 14 by CONTRACTOR to COUNTY, or payment of sums due from COUNTY to CONTRACTOR, said 15 funds shall be due and payable from one party to the other within sixty (60) calendar days of receipt of 16 the audit results. If reimbursement is due from CONTRACTOR to COUNTY, and such reimbursement 17 is not received within said sixty (60) calendar days, COUNTY may, in addition to any other remedies 18 provided by law, reduce any amount owed CONTRACTOR by an amount not to exceed the 19 reimbursement due COUNTY. 20 D. CONTRACTOR shall retain a licensed certified public accountant, who will prepare an annual 21 Single Audit as required by 31 USC 7501 – 7507, as well as its implementing regulations under 2 CFR 22 Part 200, Uniform Administrative Requirements, Cost Principles, and Audit Requirements for Federal 23 Awards. CONTRACTOR shall forward the Single Audit to ADMINISTRATOR within fourteen (14) 24 calendar days of receipt. 25 E. CONTRACTOR shall forward to ADMINISTRATOR a copy of any audit report within 26 fourteen (14) calendar days of receipt. Such audit shall include, but not be limited to, management, 27 financial, programmatic or any other type of audit of CONTRACTOR’s operations, whether or not the 28 cost of such operation or audit is reimbursed in whole or in part through this Agreement. 29

  • Access and Audit 16.1 The Supplier shall keep accurate and systematic accounts, files and records ("the Records"). The Records shall clearly identify, among other things, the basis upon which invoices have been calculated and the Supplier shall keep the Records throughout the duration of this Contract and for six years following its termination. 16.2 The Supplier shall upon request provide DFID or its representatives including the National Audit Office, unrestricted access to the Records in order that the Records may be inspected and copied. The Supplier shall co-operate fully in providing to DFID or its representative’s answers to such enquiries as may be made about the Records. 16.3 Where it is found by DFID that any overpayment has been made to the Supplier the Supplier shall reimburse DFID such amount within 28 days of the date of DFID's written demand.
