Common use of Casual List Clause in Contracts

Casual List. If a casual employee is not available three consecutive shifts and is not available the fourth offer, even though they have indicated that they were available on the availability sheet; then the casual Employee’s name will be removed from the Casual list. It is the responsibility of the casual employee to provide their availability and accurate contact information to the Employer. If the casual employee has not been available for one year, their name shall be removed from the Casual list.
