Customer and its Users may submit Personal Data to the Services, the extent of which is determined and controlled by Customer in its sole discretion, and which may include, but is not limited to Personal Data relating to the following categories of data subjects: customers, potential customers, employees, agents and contractors of Customer (who are natural persons) and Customer’s Users authorized by Customer to use the Services. The Personal Data Processed include the following types of non-sensitive data: First and last name, employer, physical address, phone, email address, and IP address. The parties shall process no sensitive data hereunder.
