The following sections are excerpted from the Collective Agreement of the Secondary Teachers of District 14, OSSTF, with reference to the Articles quoted: a) (Article 6.01) Category definitions shall be those established by the Ontario Secondary School Teachers’ Federation as of 31 December 2000. For the purpose of salary categorization, the Employer recognizes the Certification Rating Statement issued by the OSSTF Certification Division. In case of a dispute, the ruling of the OSSTF Certification Appeal Board shall be final.
