All Catheters and Wires delivered pursuant to the terms of this Agreement shall be suitably packed for airfreight shipment in EndoSonics standard shipping boxes, marked for shipment to Distributor's distribution center set forth above, and delivered to Distributor or its carrier agent ex-works Rijswijk, The Netherlands.
