Common use of Cause of Action Clause in Contracts

Cause of Action. Except for actions related to your failure to pay amounts due under the Agreement, no cause of action shall be brought by either party more than one year after it accrued. Restrictions and limitations on our liability under this Agreement also apply to Member Bank. Unless the Operating Regulations require otherwise, you shall bring any claim you have against Member Bank, against us (subject to the restrictions and limitations of the Agreement), and not against Member Bank.
