Common use of Causes of Force Majeure Clause in Contracts

Causes of Force Majeure. TeamSystem shall not be held liable in any way for failure to perform or improper performance of this Contract that arises from causes beyond its reasonable control or from force majeure or fortuitous events, such as, but not limited to, civil commotion, acts of terrorism and war, public health emergencies and pandemics, strikes, riots, tornadoes, hurricanes, floods, fires, landslides, and mudslides.
