Causes of illegality. This Clause ý19 applies if the introduction of, or any change in, any applicable law or regulation, or in the interpretation thereof by any authority charged with the administration thereof or by any court of competent jurisdiction, makes it unlawful for a Bank (the “Affected Bank”) to maintain or give effect to its obligations under this Agreement.
