CCPA Specific Provisions. For the purposes of the CCPA, Descartes and Customer agree that: a) Descartes is service-provider to the Customer; and b) Descartes, as a for-profit entity, processes the Personal Information provided to it by Customer on behalf of Customer, for the purposes of fulfilling the Agreement, and at Customer’s direction, which Customer shall always provide to Descartes in writing.

CCPA Specific Provisions. For the purposes of the CCPA, Descartes and Customer agree that: a) Descartes is service-provider to the Customer; and; b) Descartes, as a for-profit entity, processes the Personal Information provided to it by Customer on behalf of Customer, solely for the purposes of fulfilling the Agreement, Agreement and at Customer’s direction, which Customer shall always provide to Descartes in writing; and c) Descartes will not sell, trade, rent, loan, or otherwise exchange for consideration, whether monetary or otherwise, any Personal Information provided to it by Customer with any other third-party.
