CCPA. If Dell is Processing Personal Data within the scope of the CCPA, Dell will Process Personal Data on behalf of Customer and will not retain, use, or disclose that Personal Data for any purpose other than for the purposes set out in the DPA and as permitted under the CCPA. In no event will Dell sell any Personal Data.
