Construction Technician - one printed set of bid drawings along with one set of drawings and project manual on compact disk (CD). d. CDB Contracts unit – one project manual, detailed estimate and PPCB. e. CDB Bid Receiving Office (other than Springfield) - one project manual, and PPCB plus one detailed estimate.
