CDBG Requirements. (a) Borrower shall comply with all applicable laws and regulations governing the use of the CDBG Funds as set forth in 24 C.F.R. Part 570, including the requirements of the Regulatory Agreement and CDBG Project Agreement. In the event of any conflict between this Agreement and applicable laws and regulations governing the use of the Loan funds, the applicable laws and regulations govern. (b) The laws and regulations governing the use of the Loan funds include (but are not limited to) the following: (i) Environmental and Historic Preservation. 24 C.F.R. Part 58, which prescribes procedures for compliance with the National Environmental Policy Act of 1969 (42 U.S.C. 4321-4361), and the additional laws and authorities listed at 24 C.F.R. 58.5;
CDBG Requirements. This project is partially funded with a CDBG grant and therefore has required contract supplemental conditions (See Exhibit B).
CDBG Requirements. (a) RCD shall comply with all applicable laws and regulations governing the use of the CDBG Funds as set forth in 24 C.F.R. Part 570 in the Project. St. Paul's shall comply, and shall cause the Service Provider to comply with all applicable laws and regulations governing the use of the CDBG Funds as set forth in 24 C.F.R. Part 570 in the operation of the Center. (b) The laws and regulations governing the use of the Grant funds and operation of the Center include (but are not limited to) the following: (i) Environmental and Historic Preservation. 24 C.F.R. Part 58, which prescribes procedures for compliance with the National Environmental Policy Act of 1969 (42 U.S.C. 4321-4361), and the additional laws and authorities listed at 24 C.F.R. 58.5;
CDBG Requirements. During the performance of this Agreement, Consultant agrees to comply with the following federal provisions: 19.1. Executive Order 11246 requires that during the performance of this Agreement, Consultant agrees not to discriminate against any employee or applicant for employment because of race, religion, sex color or national origin. Consultant will comply with all provisions of Executive Order 11246 of September 24, 1965 and of the rules, regulations, and relevant orders of Secretary of Labor. Consultant will furnish all information and reports required by Executive Order 11246 of September 24, 1965, and by the rules, regulations and orders of the Secretary of Labor, or pursuant thereto, and will permit access to books, records and accounts by the AGENCY and the Secretary of Labor for purposes of investigation to ascertain compliance with such rules, regulations and orders.
CDBG Requirements. This Contract is expected to be funded in part by Community Development Block Grant (CDBG). Contractor provisions of the CDBG are included in Books 1, 2, and 3 and/or Addenda. Bidder must submit the included CDBG documents as specified in the CDBG requirements. A pre-bid conference will be held at the date, time and location indicated in the advertisement for bids. All interested parties are strongly encouraged to attend. The City may answer questions or clarify the terms of the bid documents at the conference. Written answers may be provided following the conference. Questions and requests for clarification may be submitted in writing, or may be raised at the conference; however, verbal questions and requests for clarification will be accepted only at the conference. All written questions or requests for clarification must be sent by mail or fax at ▇▇▇-▇▇▇-▇▇▇▇, and directed to the attention of the Contract Administrator, Department of Procurement Services, Room 806 of City Hall, ▇▇▇ ▇. ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇, Chicago IL 60602. The City will not accept any questions for the ten (10) day period preceding the bid opening date.

  • Staffing Requirements Licensee will be in full compliance with the main studio staff requirements as specified by the FCC.

  • Testing Requirements 12.1. Workplaces - 12.2. On workplaces where the value of the Commonwealth’s contribution to the project that includes the building work is at least $5,000,000, and represents at least 50% of the total construction project value or the Commonwealth’s contribution to the project that includes the building work is at least $10,000,000 (irrespective of its proportion of the total construction project value) the following minimum testing requirements must be adhered to.

  • Bonding Requirements The Contractor is required to furnish a performance bond on the form in a form acceptable to the City, in a sum of not less than [insert bonding level] of the annual amount of the contract to guarantee the faithful performance of this contract. The bond must be approved as to sufficiency and qualifications of the surety by the Controller.

  • Listing Requirements No stop order or suspension of trading shall have been imposed by Nasdaq, the SEC or any other governmental or regulatory body with respect to public trading in the Common Stock. The Common Stock shall be listed on a National Exchange and shall not have been suspended, as of the Closing Date, by the SEC or the National Exchange from trading thereon nor shall suspension by the SEC or the National Exchange have been threatened, as of the Closing Date, in writing by the SEC or the National Exchange; and the Company shall have filed with Nasdaq a Notification Form: Listing of Additional Shares for the listing of the Shares and the Warrant Shares and Nasdaq shall have raised no objection to such notice and the transactions contemplated hereby.

  • Training Requirements Grantee will: A. Authorize and require staff (including volunteers) to attend training, conferences, and meetings as directed by DSHS. B. Appropriately budget funds to meet training requirements in a timely manner, and ensure staff and volunteers are trained as specified in the training requirements listed at ▇▇▇▇▇://▇▇▇.▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇/hivstd/training/ and as otherwise specified by DSHS. Grantee shall document that these training requirements are met. C. Follow the appropriate DSHS POPS by funding opportunity (as per Section I: General Requirements for All Grantees) for training and observation requirements.
