CDBG Restrictive Covenants. Subject to the terms, conditions and provisions of this Declaration, Declarant covenants to and for the benefit of City that Declarant shall acquire, improve, develop, own, manage and operate, or cause the management and operation of, the Property at all times during the Term, for the Intended Use and excluding any use inconsistent with the Intended Use.
