Cease Operations. You will immediately cease to operate your Healthy Bites Grill Franchise. You will not, directly or indirectly, use any of the Intellectual Property nor represent yourself as a present or former franchisee of us or in any other way affiliate yourself with the System. You will immediately cease using all stationery, signage and other materials containing the Intellectual Property. You will also immediately cease using all telephone numbers for the Healthy Bites Grill Franchise used at any time before termination or expiration, and empower us to take whatever actions are necessary to comply with this Section. You must cease using the URL and Internet addresses used for your business and immediately cause the URL and Internet addresses to be transferred to us.
