Common use of Ceiling price Clause in Contracts

Ceiling price. The ceiling price for the services covered under this Work Plan [***] is [***] of which no more than [***] shall be for services (Section 2), [***] for the Final Report (4.2) and [***] for Project Specific Materials (5.3). Customer shall not be obligated to pay Hovione any amount in excess of this ceiling price, unless and until an additional agreement that raises this price has been negotiated and signed by both Parties.
