Cell Phone Usage. Employees will not be required to use personal cell phones for Company business. No employee will answer or use any cell phone while driving a vehicle, however Drivers must respond to or answer calls from the Company using a Company cell phone at the next safe stop. The Company will advise Dispatchers, Ticket Agents, third parties, etc. of this policy and will provide a copy of such communications to the Union.
