Cell Site Sample Clauses

The Cell Site clause defines the specific location or locations where cellular network equipment, such as antennas and related infrastructure, may be installed or operated. In practice, this clause typically identifies the physical address, property boundaries, or designated areas within a property where the telecommunications provider is permitted to set up its equipment. It may also outline any restrictions or requirements regarding access, maintenance, or modifications to the site. The core function of this clause is to clearly establish the permitted area for network infrastructure, thereby preventing disputes over property use and ensuring both parties understand their rights and obligations regarding the cell site.
