Center Hours. The Pittsville Child Care Center will be open Monday through Friday 6:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. from January through December. The PCCC will be closed on the following holidays: New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Fourth of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Friday after Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day and New Year’s Eve. If PCCC closes due to holiday or other, you WILL NOT be charged for that day.

The resident renting the room will be required to pick up the fob the day prior to the event from PH Manager, and schedule the inspection of the community room and return of the fob to the Housing Authority the same day if possible, or the first business day following the event.

a) Agriculture related groups requesting use of the Center after hours, where an EREC faculty member is not directly involved, must give sufficient time for personnel to be scheduled (preferably 2 weeks). The facility representative shall provide operational and technical support and will remain for the duration of the function and oversee the proper opening / closing of the conference center.
b) In addition, EREC may condition the use of the Center on the sponsoring person, organization, or group obtaining adequate insurance coverage and/or providing a security deposit. The costs of such insurance shall be borne by the sponsoring person, organization, or group. An EREC representative will return the security deposit upon a satisfactory inspection.
Center Hours. The Clinic shall operate the Centers and offer and provide the Services during the following “Center Hours” unless otherwise agreed to in writing by the parties:
(a) During the Board’s academic year, during all regularly scheduled school hours of operation of each School.
(b) During mutually agreed upon dates and schedules beginning approximately two or three weeks prior to the commencement of each school year, the particular dates to be agreed to by the parties, for the purpose of providing behavioral health care.
