Common use of Center of Excellence Clause in Contracts

Center of Excellence. During the term of this Agreement, Seller agrees to provide, at no charge to Unisys, the following Products and related support: 1. Objective shall provide the technical support necessary to ensure successful testing, use and demonstration of its Products during the development phase and the operation of the Center of Excellence. At a minimum, such support shall include: - Technical points of contact - Hardware support to repair / replace failed products or components in a timely manner.
