Common use of Center of Main Interests Clause in Contracts

Center of Main Interests. Each Loan Party organized under the Laws of England and Wales or under the Laws of Scotland shall maintain its centre of main interests in England and Wales or Scotland (as the case may be) for the purposes of the Insolvency Regulation.
