Common use of Centralized Administration Clause in Contracts

Centralized Administration. 10.3.1. The Contractor must provide centralized administration, in the form of a Program Manager, in support of all work performed under this Agreement. The Program Manager, at a minimum, is required to participate in periodic program management reviews (which may require travel to a Government named site). Additional functions would include customer service, educating the sales force and submission of monthly/quarterly reports and approved fee payments.
