CENTURYLINK ACCESS TO INFORMATION RELATED TO CLEC CUSTOMERS. 55.1 CenturyLink shall have the right to access, use and disclose information related to CLEC End Users that not limited to, in CenturyLink OSS) to the extent such access, use and/or disclosure is required by law or is necessary to enforce Centur s rights, or is authorized by the CLEC in the manner required by Applicable Law. 55.2 Upon request by CenturyLink, CLEC shall negotiate in good faith and enter into a contract with CenturyLink, pursuant to which CenturyLink may obtain acce s Operations Support Systems (including, systems for pre- ordering, ordering, provisioning, maintenance and repair, and billing) and information contained in such systems at terms no less favorable than CenturyLink provides to CLEC, to permit CenturyLink to obtain information related to CLEC End Users (as authorized by the applicable CLEC), to permit End Users to transfer service from one Telecommunications Carrier to another, and for such other purposes as may be permitted by Applicable Law.
