Certain Activities. Executive shall not while employed by Employer and thereafter, directly or indirectly, hire, offer to hire, entice away or in any other manner persuade or attempt to persuade any officer, employee, agent, lessor, lessee, licensor, licensee, customer, prospective customer or supplier of Employer to discontinue or alter his or its relationship with Employer.
