Common use of Certain Additional Agreements Clause in Contracts

Certain Additional Agreements. The Borrower, the Guarantors and the Administrative Agent shall, upon request by the Escrow Agent, execute and deliver to the Escrow Agent such additional written instructions and certificates hereunder as may be reasonably required by the Escrow Agent to give effect to the provisions of Sections 1 and 2 hereof.
