Common use of Certain Additional Waivers Clause in Contracts

Certain Additional Waivers. Without limiting the generality of the provisions of any other Section of this Section 4, each Credit Party further agrees that it shall have no right of recourse to security for the Credit Party Obligations. Each of the Credit Parties further agrees that it shall have no right of subrogation, reimbursement or indemnity, nor any right of recourse to security, if any, for the Credit Party Obligations until indefeasible payment in full of all such obligations shall have been made.
